1954 Ford Customline Rental Added in Arizona

Arizona Picture Cars has added a 1954 Ford Customline to its inventory through the USA Movie Cars network. The vehicle is located in Kingman, Arizona, and offers productions a period-appropriate two-door sedan for work across the state. Crews filming in Arizona now have another local option when they need a 1950s passenger car that can travel to sets within a 250-mile radius.

Spotlight on this 1954 Ford Customline

The listing shows a two-door sedan restomod finished in blue with a grey interior. It has been customized to resemble a dealer courtesy car, complete with hand-painted lettering and pinstripes. These details give the car a finished, promotional look that stands out in frame without requiring additional graphics work on set.

Producers can use the sedan’s clean lines and era styling for establishing shots or as a character vehicle in scenes set during the 1950s. The automatic transmission and passenger-vehicle classification make it straightforward for drivers to handle during long production days in the Lake Havasu-Kingman metro area or farther afield.

Arizona Picture Cars and the Arizona Picture Car Market

Arizona Picture Cars maintains a growing selection of vehicles for film, television, and commercial work throughout the state. The addition of this 1954 Ford Customline in Kingman expands options for crews working in northern and western Arizona. Local inventory reduces transport time and cost when productions need authentic period cars on short notice.

USA Movie Cars works with state picture-car sites such as Arizona Picture Cars to help productions find local picture vehicles. This network approach lets location managers and picture car coordinators search regional listings while still accessing a broader nationwide pool when a specific year, make, or body style is required outside Arizona.

History of the 1954 Ford Customline

The Customline was part of Ford’s 1950s passenger-car lineup and was offered in several body styles, including the two-door sedan. These cars were common on American roads during the decade and appeared regularly in period photography and newsreels of the time. Their straightforward design and range of available colors made them a familiar sight in both urban and rural settings.

A 1954 model sits squarely in the middle of that era, giving productions a recognizable yet not overly flashy vehicle. The two-door configuration and sedan proportions align with many street scenes from the period, allowing the car to blend naturally into background traffic or serve as a featured prop when the script calls for a mid-1950s American automobile.

Arizona Picture Car Rental Uses

This 1954 Ford Customline works well for any production needing 1950s vehicles. It can serve as a character car in dramatic scenes, a background vehicle in street sequences, or a featured element in establishing shots that set the time period. The hand-painted lettering adds visual interest for shots that linger on the car itself.

Commercial shoots, still photography sessions, music videos, and branded content projects can also use the sedan when they require period texture. Event planners sometimes request classic cars for themed gatherings, and this Customline’s dealer-inspired appearance gives it extra presence at such functions without looking like a standard restored vehicle.
